Subject:
Discussion and possible action to reject all proposals submitted for Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-002 Vending Machines Three (3) Year Revenue Contract for Webb County and propose to resolicit for the same vending service contract request and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue: Two (2) proposals were submitted for the Vending Machines Three (3) Year Revenue Contract solicitation. After careful review, the Purchasing Agent is recommending the Commissioner’s Court reject all proposals due to lack of acceptable options.
Solution: Consideration to reject all proposals. The Purchasing Agent will be recommending resoliciting for a Vending Machine Revenue Contract.
Result: If approved, all proposals will be rejected. The Purchasing Agent will notify each proposer in writing of the courts final action.
