Discussion and possible action to enter into a two (2) year software and licensing agreement between Webb County, for the benefit of the Webb County Self-Help Center, and MyTurn, a software platform for lending libraries that manages inventories, memberships, loans/checkouts, reservations and user analytics in the amount of Four Thousand Forty Dollars $4,040.00, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.  [Account #2533-6360-521-443058-005]

Issue: The Self-Help Center Tool Lending Library currently uses a manual checkout process and intends to implement a digitized system with the objective of improving inventory control, monitoring of tool checkouts, colonia resident membership management, and the generation of demographic of usage analytics reports. 

Solution: Enter into agreement  with MyTurn to provide software and services to improve record management usage reports and inventory tracking.
  
Result: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Tool Lending Library's operations.

Grant Funds- No impact to the General Fund.
