Issue: These professional services will be on a rotation and on an as-needed basis, subject to work authorizations approved by the Governing Body.

Solution: Consideration to accept rankings and award to the three (3) highest-ranking firms based on the recommendations by the evaluation committee and purchasing agent.

Result: If approved, General Counsel will prepare a professional services contract, effective October 1, 2025, for Real Estate Appraisal Services subject to final approval by the Webb County Commissioners Court.

On July 28, 2025, the Commissioner's Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Real Estate Appraisal Services (on an as-needed basis) for a term of three (3) years effective October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028, or any other performance period term as directed by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
