Discussion and possible action to enter into a Master Services Agreement for Real Estate Appraisal Services with Lowery Property Advisors, who was selected as one of the top three ranking respondents to the Request for Qualifications 2025-016 in accordance with Texas Government Code - Professional Services Procurement Act to be used on a rotational and as-needed basis for a three (3) year performance period; authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: These professional services will be on a rotation and as needed basis, subject to talk orders approved by the Governing Body.
Solution: Enter into a Master Services Agreement with Consultant for a three (3) year period.
Result: The County will be able to enter into agreements on an as needed basis under the Master Agreement for Real Estate Appraisal Services.
