Discussion and possible action to approve Work Authorization #1 for Surveying Services with Top Site Civil Group, LLC in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,100.00) for the preparation of a boundary survey of approximately five acres that encompasses a salt water disposal site on the Webb County School Lands (Cuchillas and Lomas Pastures) off Highway 59 and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any matters incident thereto. Issue: Mid-River Midstream, LLC currently operates a salt water disposal site on the School Lands off Highway 59 (Cuchillas and Lomas Pastures).  The surface acreage is currently under lease to Grandsolar Texas Two, LLC for solar development.  There is a tacit agreement between Grandsolar Texas Two, LLC and Webb County to excise five (5) acres from the current lease with Grandsolar.
 
Solution: Enter into Work Authorization #1 with Top Site Civil Group, LLC to do a boundary survey of the salt water disposal site in order to amend the current GrandSolar Texas Two, LLC surface lease to excise 5 acres from said lease.
 
Result: Salt Water Disposal site will be properly surveyed for operations.

Boundary Survey is required to effectively survey the 5 acres where a Salt Water Disposal site is currently located.
