Discussion and possible action to approve the addition of 1 forfeited vehicle into the Webb County District Attorney's Office fleet (1) 2021 GMC Terrain, and make an exception to have the operational expenses covered by general funds and any other matters incident thereto. [Fund #1001-2260-001]
Issue: The District Attorney’s Office forfeited said vehicle and would like to add it to its fleet.
Solution: Authorize the acceptance of forfeited equipment into the District Attorney’s Office fleet. Cost of vehicle maintenance and fuel expenses will be covered by the District Attorney’s Office General funds.
Result: The District Attorney’s Office will have sufficient vehicles needed to operate.
