Issue: Five mobile homes were purchased under the Self-Help Center Grant and 10% of the total contract amount is held as a retainer.  Commissioner's Court approval is required in order to release the final retainage payments.

Solution: Place an agenda item in order to obtain Commissioner's Court approval to authorize the release of payment for retainer. 
 
Result: Alamo Homes will receive the remainder payment for services rendered.

Reconstruction work has been completed and the final inspections have been conducted.  

This contract was awarded to Alamo Homes on December 8, 2025 (Item# 24b).
