Discussion and possible action to authorize an exception to Webb County Personnel policy and approve the transfer of employee earned accruals from slot #4058, currently under the SB22 grant, to Webb County slot #455; and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue: The CBA officer in the grant slot has accrued leave and is transferring from the grant funded slot to a Webb County slot.
Solution: Allow the one-time transfer of accruals for CBA member from Grant SB22 slot #4058 to Webb County slot #455.
Result: Webb County will not payout accruals and will allow the employee to use earned accruals.
