Discussion and possible action regarding First Amendment to Reinvestment Zone Number 1, Tax Abatement Agreement between Gransolar Texas Two LLC, DBA Cuchillas BESS and Webb County, Texas, pursuant to the County’s Guidelines And Criteria under the Property Redevelopment And Tax Abatement Act, Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code, proposing to extend the anticipated commencement date for Commercial Operations from no later than December 31, 2026, to no later than December 31, 2030; and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
