Discussion and possible action to approve a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Webb County Sheriff's Office and Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) Doctoral Program in Criminal Justice for the purpose of fostering collaborative opportunities for research, academic training, and data access in ways that enhance both the educational mission of TAMIU and the professional objectives of WCSO. This MOU will commence upon final signature and will remain in effect for a period of up to five (5) years from the Effective Date; and any other matters incident thereto. This agenda item will have no effect on the budget.
