Discussion and possible action to designate the $500 that was donated by Medina Electric Cooperative Inc. for the Santa Teresita Community Center for the purchase of basket goodies to be distributed to community center participants, which is found to be a public purpose, to provide activities that support local engagement and to further authorize the transfer of funds from Materials & Supplies #1001-6300-001-461000 to Goods for Public Events #1001-6300-001-461003; and any other matters incident thereto.

Medina Electric Cooperative, Inc. donated $500 to the Santa Teresita Community Center to benefit programs and activities sponsored by the center and the donation was accepted by the Court on 02/09/26; however, it is required that the funds be transferred for the intended use by the Center.
