Discussion and possible action to enter into a software services agreement with AdComp Systems via Texas DIR Contract: DIR-CPO-5207 pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Subchapter F; Cooperative Purchasing program; Texas Local Government Code, for a total implementation cost not to exceed $2,500.00 and an annual service fee of $12,500.00 authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1000-1280-001-432001 (Professional Services) and #1001-1280-001-443000-110 (R&M Software)]  
 
Issue: We are currently in the process of implementing a new ERP System which includes Utilities software.  However, the Utilities and I.T. Departments think Adcomp Systems provides a better solution at a better price than the ERP System.

Solution: Upgrade to Adcomp Systems Utilities software.

Result: The upgraded system will ensure continued Utilities Billing operation and integration for kiosk, online, text, and IVR  payments.
