Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with Laredo Gonzalez Auto Parts, Ltd. for the installation of equipment (to include but not limited to lifts, hose reels, compressor, fans and tire machines) at the Webb County Public Works Building in an amount not to exceed Ninety Thousand Twenty-Five Dollars ($90,025.05) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Issue: Previously purchased equipment for the Webb County public works facility is pending installation. Laredo Gonzalez Auto Parts, Ltd. was awarded the bid.

Solution: Enter into an agreement to install all required equipment including removal of existing equipment, disposal, electrical work, start up and testing & cleanup. 

Result: All equipment will be professionally installed and ready for use by the department.

An informal bid was awarded by the Commissioners Court on April 13, 2026.
