Discussion and possible action to ratify an amendment to the Inter-Governmental Service Agreement in which the application was submitted for an equitable price adjustment regarding wage determinations of Corecivic (the owner of the Laredo Processing Center, in Laredo, TX) employees for the performance period of 9/15/2025 to 4/30/2026 in the amount of One Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-One Dollars and Seventy Cents ($171,391.70) and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
