Discussion, direction, and possible action regarding the proposed development of County-owned corner lot property recently acquired (being Lot Numbers One (1) and Two (2) in Block Number One Hundred Twenty One (121) situated in the Western Division of the City of Laredo, at 918/920 Houston St. the north east corner of Houston St. and San Agustin Ave., former rock house site) including but not limited to intended use as potential parking lot or building with certain occupancy, number of floors, and total budget (including funding source) and any matters incident thereto.
