Discussion with possible action to formally accept the retirement of Fire Marshal Felix Nuñez effective July 10, 2026 and to officially merge/combine the Fire Marshal’s office with the Webb County Fire Department, under the direction of Webb County Fire Chief Ramiro Elizondo, to approve ORDER NO. 07-13-2026, with further action to have Webb County Judge Tano E. Tijerina name a Fire Marshal at the recommendation of Chief Elizondo; and any other matters incident thereto.
