No. 94 for Super Transport International, located at 13519 Mercury Drive, Laredo, Texas, Webb County 78045, within Webb County’s Taxing Jurisdiction and any matters incident thereto. A letter of concurrence from each taxing entity in which the property is located is required by the Foreign-Trade Zones Board as part of the application before a usage driven FTZ designation can be granted.
