This plan includes a Records Archive Fee of $10.00 pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 118.025, effective September 1, 2019. The fiscal year 2026–2027 includes a stipend funded through the Records Management Fund. These adjustments do not fall under the County’s Wage Plan as they do not come from the Webb County general fund.
