Discussion and possible action to enter into an Agreement between Webb County for the benefit of the Webb County Fairgrounds with Hachar Media for "Marketing and Advertising Services for Webb County Fairgrounds" and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-432001 (General Fund-General Operating Exp-Administration-Professional Services)]   

Issue: The Webb County Fairgrounds Department requested services for marketing and advertising of events held at the Fairgrounds on an annual basis. Commissioners Court authorized the advertisement for formal proposals and authorized the Civil Legal Division to negotiate terms. 
 
Solution: Parties have reached an Agreement.
 
Result: If approved, Hachar Media will begin advertising for the Webb County Fairgrounds.

Hachar Media Advertising was awarded on 2/26/2024 the Request for Proposal (RFP) 2024-004 "Marketing and Advertising Services for Webb County Fairgrounds under local government code §262.030.
