Discussion and possible action to ratify an amendment to the Inter-Governmental Service Agreement (IGSA)70DCR18DIG00004 in which ICE has closed out the contract set to expire and de-obligate the funds set aside to pay CoreCivic (the owner of the Webb County Detention Center, in Laredo, TX) in the amounts as follows: A decreased from $8,690,102.00 by $-140,400.40 to $8,549,701.60; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. This will have no impact on the County's General Fund. [Requested by the Webb County Sheriff's Office, WCDC Account #1001-209250-180]
