Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) within Road & Bridge funds. [Requested by Jose Luis Neira, Road & Bridge Director]
Issue: The Repair & Maint. Traffic Signs account is in a negative balance. Due to insufficient funds, we are unable to process requisitions for traffic signs and materials needed for installation and maintenance.
Solution: Transfer funds as requested above.
Result: Our department will be able to continue with the replacement, maintenance and repair of Webb County traffic signs.
