Discussion and possible action to authorize the Webb County Judge to act as the county's executive office and authorized representative in all matters pertaining to the county's participation in the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Program; and authorizing the county judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures.
