Discussion and possible action to authorize Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) in cash matching funds for a community facilities program application to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development and authorizing the Webb County Judge to act as the county's executive officer and authorized representative in all matters pertaining to the county's participation in the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Program; and authorizing the county judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures.  No impact to the general fund.  [Co-Sponsored by Commissioner Jesse Gonzalez, Pct 1]
