Discussion and possible action to enter into a one (1) year (September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025) Participating Entity Services Agreement between APPRISS, Inc. and Webb County. The agreement is by and through the State of Texas, Department of Information Resources for products and related services with APPRISS, Inc. and will provide appropriate maintenance to the software used with VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday Program) at a total cost of Thirty One Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Eighty Two Cents ($31,193.82) that will be paid by the Office of The Attorney General. There is no impact on the General Fund, authorizing the County Judge to any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
