Subject:
Discussion and possible action to enter into an Agreement for an amount of Twenty One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Dollars and Fifty Cents ($21,740.50) with the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency and Webb County for the benefit of the Webb County Sheriff's Office for the performance period of (October 1, 2024–September 30, 2025, being FY 2025), said agreement (Operation "Steady Moving") will provide funding needed for task force duties and overtime reimbursement payments to Webb County and the Webb County Sheriffs' Office will cover and estimated Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) in fringe benefits from its State Forfeiture Account; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident. [Requested by the Webb County Sheriff's Office, Fund #2600-3010-001-413000 and Fringes Fund #2150]
