Discussion and possible action to authorize the transfer of unit 56-05 - 2018 Chevrolet Silverado VIN: 3GCUKREC6JG483171 from the 406th District Court to the Webb County District Attorney’s Office and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-2270-001-443000-075 (General Fund-County Attorney-Administration-Repairs & Maintenance-Vehicles)]
Issue: The District Attorney’s Office is in need of vehicles due to several of their units having mechanical issues.
Solution: Consider to authorize the approval to transfer county owned unit no longer being used by the 406th Judicial District Court to the District Attorney's Office for official use.
Result: Fixed asset records will reflect the assignment to the Webb County District Attorney’s Office. Department currently has both fuel and maintenance accounts to cover related expenses for their fleet.
