Discussion and possible action for Webb County to continue the contract with Tristar Risk Management, (Worker’s Compensation/Liability Third Party Administrator-TPA) on a monthly basis on the terms and conditions of the recently expired contract.  An RFP (Request for Proposals) process will be requested and would be conducted by our Risk Management consultant, RWL Group that will include TPA (third party administration) services.
 
Issue: Tristar contract has expired and requires continuance of agreement.

Solution: Continue on a monthly basis with Tristar on the terms and conditions of the expired contract.
 
Result: Continuation with agreement will ensure uninterrupted coverage.
