Discussion and possible action to authorize a one-time exception to Webb County Budget Policy and to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) within the General fund:

Issue: The current funding is insufficient to pay for the actuarial services for IBNR and GASB75 reports. 

Solution: Approve line-item transfer to fund adequately the account above to pay for actuarial services. 

Result: Approval of line-item transfer will result in having funding available for the upcoming invoice.
