Discussion and possible action to authorize a one-time exception to Webb County Budget Policy and to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) within the General fund:

Issue: The current funds are insufficient to cover the remainder of the expenses for Cobra Administration fees and Health Savings Account Administration Fees for this fiscal year. 

Solution: Approve line-item transfer to fund adequately the accounts above for the reminder of the fiscal year. 

Result: Approval of line-item transfer will result in having funding available for upcoming invoices.
