Discussion and possible action to amend (Amendment No. 2) the Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo International Fair and Exposition Board of Directors and Webb County, dated February 22, 2021 by increasing the term of the agreement for use of main office at the fairgrounds (1848 Event Center) from February 7, 2026 - February 7, 2031; subject to an additional (3) three- year term and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
