Discussion and possible action to award the Invitation to Bid # 2025-006 Las Lomas Rd. Paving Project to Anderson Columbia, for the paving of an approximate 12,173 ft. (2.31 Miles) of Las Lomas Road, including the resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation of a Non-freeway road consisting of scarifying, grading, compacting, flexible base, asphaltic concrete pavement, signing and pavement markings for an amount not to exceed $2,192,115.20 for a total base bid with material alternative substitutes, pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, Sub-Chapter C. On May 12, 2025, item no. 11a, the Commissioner’s Court approved the ratification of posting the formal solicitation for ITB 2025-006 Las Lomas Road Paving Project, which was posted on April 25, 2025, in order to comply with grant deadlines for the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program (C.T.I.F.).
