Discussion and possible action to enter into an Educational Service Agreement between Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start and Izela Mora. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Izela Mora will provide educational services to the Head Start children and families so that the Program is in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The term of the Agreement shall be for a term of sixty (60) months (September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2029)at a cost as set forth in the fee schedule within the Agreement, subject to annual budgetary appropriations, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
