Discussion and possible action to enter into a Donation of Real Property Agreement with the City of Laredo in which the City of Laredo will donate all of its undivided interest in Lot Number ONE (1), and the North One-half of Lot Number TEN (N. 1/2 OF 10) and the North One-half of the West Eighteen Varas of Lot Number NINE (N. 1/2 of W. 18 Varas of 9), in Block Number THIRTY-TWO (32), WESTERN DIVISION, Ciy of Laredo and  the South One-half of Lot Number TEN (S. 1/2 OF 10) and the South One-half of the West Eighteen Varas of Lot Number NINE (S. 1/2 of W. 18 Varas of 9), in Block Number THIRTY-TWO (32), situated in the WESTERN DIVISION, City of Laredo (being 409 San Bernardo) and contribute One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) to the restoration and construction of a Veteran's Service Facility (including Veteran's museum) on said property pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code §81.032, Acceptance of Donations and Bequests (a) commissioners court may accept a donation of labor or services, gift, grant, donation, bequest, or devise of money or other property on behalf of the county; and any other matters incident thereto and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

The City of Laredo wishes to turn over its interest in the property and contribute construction funds so that the County can own and operate the facility.
