Background:
The purpose of this replat is to replace a residential subdivision plat that was never developed and not in compliance with Webb County’s Models Rules. The replat will combine the individual residential lots into 1 large 300.48-acre parcel that will be used for commercial/industrial purposes. There are no proposed public improvements.
