Discussion and possible action to enter into a medical services agreement with Nuestra Salud Health Clinic, P.C. for a Three (3) year period (October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2028) for services to be provided for the Webb County Public Health Clinic at a cost of Sixty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($67,600.00) a year to be paid at monthly rate of Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Thirty-Three Cents ($5,633.33) for in-person and telehealth services and $150 per hour for additional in-person services; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Current agreement with Nuestra Salud is limited to Aetna insured employees and dependents.  This agreement will expand services to include part-time Webb County employees, Webb County employees that are not on the Aetna insurance plans, and patient referrals from the Webb County Public Health Services Department.
 
Solution: Commissioners Court approval of this agreement will allow the current provider to provide basic medical care services to employees and eligible patients.
 
Result: The approval of this contract will allow employees and eligible patients to receive basic medical services through this provider with no out-of-pocket costs.

Nuestra Salud has been providing health services to Webb County Employees since 2021.
