Discussion and possible action to ratify a 12 month (September 30, 2025 – September 29, 2026) software agreement for the software and maintenance of the Drug Court Case Management Software Program (“DCCM”) for the Drug Court Program funded by SAMHSA grant No. 5H79TI085855-03, for the fixed one-time fee of Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($7,350.00) and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
