Discussion and possible action to enter into a Sixty (60) Month (October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030) Term Rental Agreement between Pitney Bowes and Webb County for the Webb County Clerk for mail service hardware and software through the State and Local Cooperative Contract (Buy Board #755-25) at a per month cost of One Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars Thirty-Four Cents ($127.34) for a total amount of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Forty Dollars Forty Cents ($7,650.40) over the term of the Agreement, subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any matters incident thereto. Issue: Webb County Clerk requires mailing services for its office.  The volume of mail to be processed requires the necessity of a postage meter machine.
 
Solution: Enter into an agreement with Pitney Bowes whose services provide mail services hardware (postage machines) and software in order to process Departmental mail.
 
Result: Webb County Clerk will be better able to more efficiently process the mailing of letters for its Department.
