Discussion and possible action to approve and ratify a Resolution and Order to submit a grant fund application to the State of Texas, Department of Transportation, regarding the "Texas Department of Transportation SET-ASIDE" Program in the amount up to EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($800,000.00), which will be used for the development of engineering plans, specifications, and the construction of pedestrian sidewalks within the City of El Cenizo, Texas, and authorizing the County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto. This grant does not require a cash match and will not impact the General fund. This formal request (Order) shall authorize the County Judge to act as the County's Executive Officer and authorized representative in all matters pertaining to the County's participation in this Grant.  All grant documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department, and the solicitation is complaint with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures. 

Issue: A Resolution and Order is required to authorize submission of the grant application.
