Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $20,319.96 from unused funds under the construction agreement between Webb County and Quantum Construction, LLC., for additional items as per field observations for ARPA Project No. 002-Southern Fire Station; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. *Fire Chief opted to use their own antenna system.
Issue: Funding is needed for the Electronic Safety & Security Fire Alarm additions and for other exterior improvements.
Solution: Consideration to authorize the use of $20,319.96 from the Contractor’s Contract amount.

Result: If approved, the Contractor will be authorized to use the funds. There will be no increase or decrease to the original contract sum.
