Discussion and possible action to approve the use of the contingency allowance as stipulated under §4.3 (allowances) under the construction agreement between Webb County and Summit Building & Design, in an amount not to exceed $4,710.63 for the Webb County Southern Health Facility ARPA Project and to further authorize the Webb County Judge to sign any relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #3520-7230-001-470000 (Capital Outlay) and 2703-5205-001-474501-102 (Construction in Progress-Southern Health Facility)]
 
Issue: The contingency allowance of $4,710.63 is needed for repairs and to increase the capacity of the existing septic system and to pay for a survey and legal description for an AEP Easement.

Solution: Consideration to authorize the use of $4,710.63 from the owner's contingency allowance funds, as follows:
CAEA No. 1 - $3,411.63 for repairs and to increase capacity for the existing septic system.
CAEA No. 2 - $1,299.00 for a survey and legal description for an AEP Easement.

Result: If approved, the contractor will be authorized to use the owner's contingency amount as approved by Commissioners Court. There will be no increase or decrease to the original contract sum.
