Discussion and possible action to enter into an Agreement for an amount of Twenty Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty Five Dollars and Twenty Five Cents ($22,155.25) with the Homeland Security Task Force and Webb County for the benefit of the Webb County Sheriff's Office for the performance period of (October 1, 2025–September 30, 2026, being FY 2026), said agreement will provide funding needed for task force duties and overtime reimbursement payments to Webb County and the Webb County Sheriffs' Office will cover and estimated Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) in fringe benefits from its State Forfeiture Account; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident.
