Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement for the purchase of Enterprise ERP software (formerly known as “Munis”) from Tyler Technologies pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Subchapter F; Texas Local Government Code, Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program (Contract #060624-TTI) not to exceed a total of $2,520,000.00 over a period of five years, and authorize Webb County Judge Tano Tijerina to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. One-time fees will not exceed $1,120,000.00 and annual fees will not exceed $280,000.00 per year during the five years.
