Discussion and possible action to approve representative organizations recommended by the Webb County Community Action Agency Advisory Board for Category "C"; and any other matters incident thereto. The Advisory Board recommends Azteca Economic Development and Preservation Corp. (Rafael Torres, Executive Director, as Representative) and Communities In School (Sandra R. Salinas, Director of Program Services, as Representative) as representative organizations.

Issue: State regulations mandate the filling of vacancies when applicable advisory board terms end as outlined in Texas Administrative Code Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.

Solution: During the meeting of Wednesday, March 25, 2026, the Advisory Board approved and recommended to the court the acceptance of the aforementioned organizations under Category "C" as appropriate representatives for the Community Action Agency Advisory Board.

Result: Vacancies will be duly filled, and CAA will promptly comply with regulations outlined by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) - Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.
