Discussion and possible action to authorize a onetime expense to the Webb County Credit Card for payment to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations for the Rio Bravo Sidewalk Improvements Project’s Fees; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Requesting permission to use the Webb County credit card to pay $995.00 for the Project’s registration as follows: Plan Review-$380.00, Filing-$175.00, Inspection $400.00. Payment had already been sent with check #74275, however, it was returned with a letter stating that registration was only accepted online.
Solution: Authorize the payment and continue with project.
Result: Construction and renovation of approximately 4,526 ft., of pedestrian path sidewalk within the City of Rio Bravo.
