Discuss with possible action authorizing the County Judge, in coordination with the Webb County Civil Legal division, and outside counsel as necessary, to submit or cause to be submitted a request for a Texas Attorney General opinion regarding the legality and statutory compliance of actions taken by Wintergarden Groundwater Conservation District and Groundwater Management Area 13 affecting Webb County groundwater planning and desired future conditions; and any other matters incident thereto.
