Discussion and possible action to authorize Amendment No.1 to the FY 2024-25 State -R-Webb CO-00079 and Federal Webb Co-00011 5311 Rural Transportation Grant by the Webb County Community Action Agency to the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR DOLLARS ($27,154.00), and designating the Webb County Judge as authorized official in all matters pertaining to this grant; and any other matters incident thereto.  This grant does not require a cash match and will not have an impact to the general Fund.  

Issue: Webb County CAA El Aguila is a grant funded agency.

Solution: Through the approval of the grant amendment, El Aguila Rural Transit will be provided with additional funds. 

Result: Through the approval of this amendment to our grant, it will ensure continued service to the rural areas of Webb County.
