Discussion and possible action to approve the use of the contingency allowance #010 as stipulated under §4.3 (allowances) under the construction agreement between Webb County and Stoddard Enterprises, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $4,240.00 for fire-treated wood blocking for the Webb County Dean Senator Judith Zaffirini Justice Center Building Envelope Roof Project and to further authorize the Webb County Judge to sign any relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: An existing void was identified between the copper roof coping and cornice located above the east courtyard. Please see attachments to see the location and condition.
 
Solution: In order to continue workflow, the roofing crew will install 2x, fire treated material, to fill the void and proceed with insulation board installation. Consideration to authorize the use of $4,240.00 from the owner's contingency allowance funds.

Result: If approved, the contractor will be authorized to use the owner's contingency amount as approved by Commissioners Court. There will be no increase or decrease to the original contract sum.
