Discussion and possible action to approve a three-year extension (July 12, 2026, through July 11, 2029) of the existing IBM 24x7 Hardware and System Software Maintenance Agreement with Texas Logic Inc. and as provided through Hamer Enterprises, for the Webb County Tax Office's IBM Power9 server, including Hardware Support Extension, PowerVM Enterprise Software Support, and Full Support Extension, to provide ongoing manufacturer maintenance, technical support, software updates, and operational continuity for mission-critical Tax Office applications and services, in an amount not to exceed TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FOUR CENTS ($26,932.04), and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents.
