Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Webb County Sheriff’s Office and the Laredo Job Corps Center (LJCC). This MOU establishes a cooperative framework between the Webb County Sheriff’s Office and LJCC to ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitor, in accordance with Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH 5.3, R3 and R4). There is no financial impact on the general fund. The term of the MOU will remain in effect until terminated by either Party with 30 days written notice and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
