Discussion and possible action to amend the Management Agreement between Webb County and CoreCivic for the managment of Inter-Governmental Service Agreement (IGSA) 70CDCR24DIG000001 (Webb County Detention Center), in which CoreCivic has agreed to a 30% increase in the per diem head rate that it will pay to Webb County; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
